I'm a father, husband and athlete. I enjoy sports and Crossfit. I workout mainly for the enjoyment but also love the feeling of being fit and capable as well as all the benefits that come with being more fit as I get older. With Crossfit I have enjoyed the added benefit of a fun, social community which now my wife and I enjoy together.
