How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
6-8 meals per day with 3 main/bigger ones. Mainly paleo-like though I go off it here and there.. with rice and some other foods. The simpler it is, the better.
How I Train
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I train 3-5 times per week alone in the morning and 5 times per week in the gym with my team.
My Athletic Background
I played professional sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I trained judo, muay thai, boxing, brazilian jujitsu and MMA. Competted in MMA. Played basketball and regularly some other sports during elementary/high school time.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
My rest day is saturday. And even then I do some intensive stretching. Pilates/joga like.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
With on and off times because of different things.. A bit less than a year.
