I focus on Paleo foods, but also will mix in some non-Paleo ingredients occasionally.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFit last March, but had to take about 6 months off after tearing my ACL in April. Without a doubt my insistence to start getting back into my CF workouts has helped my ACL recovery exponentially!!!
