I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I focus on Paleo foods, but also will mix in some non-Paleo ingredients occasionally.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I usually only do 1 workout a day

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in 2011, but shortly after starting I had to take 6 months off due to a torn ACL. I love the results I'm seeing in the gym even without making major changes to my diet (that's next).
