I have been participating in the CF Games since Aromas. I love the atmosphere of everyone participating and moving in the same direction which is to be more fit than they were yesterday. I love the challenge of seeing what the body can do and the love and spirit that the community instills on each and everyone.


How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

As of January 1st, I cleaned up my eating habits. I just didn't eat enough through out the day but when I did eat................ Watch out........ My wife has really been helpful in having meals through out the day if I would just remember to eat it.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I love getting back on the band wagon and competing again in the gym. I have a long journey ahead of me but look forward to it. I have to lead by example and want to feel like I used to. I have been incorporating better habits and forming a better lifestyle through nutrition and daily wods.

My Athletic Background

I came from a small town and played as many sports as I could. I love the sport of healthy competition and just fell in love with Crossfit 5 years ago.

My Experience With CrossFit

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I have attended one or more specialty courses

I was introduced to CrossFit from a buddy of mine that was in the Seal team and he said it was the best workout he had ever seen. He knew that I would love them too and so I went to get my certification the next month. I was currently a trainer at a globo gym and was asked to leave because of my belief of Crossfit philosphy would not be tolerated there. I knew that day was coming so I already had a business plan in place and pulled the trigger with a friend of mine. Owning a CrossFit gym has been a true blessing and I get to work with individuals who share in the same passion as my self.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

We are set up on a 5 and 2 at the gym, then I moved to a 3 and 1 / 2 and 1, and now follow the website with mixed heavys twice a day.

4+ years
