I'm working on getting a rest day in there, but usually do more than one workout most days
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started in 11/11. About a yr has been spent pregnant crossfitting/recovering/easing back into the gym, but he's 6 mo old now, so I'm all set to do some work!
