Was a gymnast through my soph yr of college at Ball State. Age group triathlete of all distances up through full IM.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
Train in a gym with a great group of folks
My Work/Rest Schedule
usually taking 1 rest/active recovery day/wk..unless I need more..
