How I Eat
Meat and veggies, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. No supplements, no magic potions, just food.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I do all my training at CrossFit Loco Ocho. I do what is on the board with my friends and throw down hard each and every day.
My Athletic Background
Used to run marathons, race triathlons and compete in ultra distance runs or bike rides. Not so much anymore.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
Started CrossFit at my local box in 2009. Obtained my endurance, weightlifting, L1 and L2 certs over the years. Opened my own affiliate in 2014.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Squat almost everyday and do whatever the whiteboard says Monday-Saturday.
