How I Eat
Meat and veggies, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. No supplements, no magic potions, just food.
How I Train
I do all my training at CrossFit Loco Ocho. I do what is on the board with my friends and throw down hard each and every day.
My Athletic Background
Used to run marathons, race triathlons and compete in ultra distance runs or bike rides. Not so much anymore.
My Experience With CrossFit
Started CrossFit at my local box in 2009. Obtained my endurance, weightlifting and L1 certs over the years. Opened my own affiliate in 2014.
My Work/Rest Schedule
Squat almost everyday and do whatever the whiteboard says Monday-Saturday.
