My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Incorporated my own version of crossfit for years but it doesn't come close to the real deal I am learning at CrossFit Culver City, Although I do find I have to moderate some exercises to accommodate some injuries over the years. Mostly A right Knee Replacement and a failing Left Knee.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
try to do crossfit workout with affiliate at least 4- 5 times a week. My multiple workouts happen when I add in the Santa Monica Stairs or go to the gym I try to rest as suggested by my coaches but often throw in the stairs or bike ride.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Just started -a bit hard on the old joints but I am adjusting. Love the camaraderie and the competition with myself and the young-uns.
