I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have played soccer my entire life and still hit the field as often as possible. I also have a background in gymnastics. But I love anything that gets my blood pumping and challenges me. I ran my first half marathon this year and loved the experience. I also love running outdoor obstacle course races!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have always been a naturally competitive individual looking for a healthy outlet. While attempting to find a way to trim my waste I was introduced to Crossfit. It took about 15minutes to fall IN LOVE!! I am obsessed! My only regret...it taking this long to find it, to become part of this extraordinary community.
