How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat clean food everyday, around 6-7 meals.. eating every 2.5 to 3 hours. I usually allow myself 1 full cheat meal a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I usually workout at Integrated Fitness everyday and do my own workouts 3-4 times per week on top of that.

I played college sports
I played professional sports
I played football in college and 1 year of professional... I also ran track in college as a sprinter.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
If I don't have class at night on any given day, I will workout once in the morning before work and once in the evening after work. Depending on how I am feeling on a Sunday, I will take that as a rest day.
