How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat clean food everyday, around 6-7 meals.. eating every 2.5 to 3 hours. I usually allow myself 1 full cheat meal a week.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played football in college and 1 year of professional... I also ran track in college as a sprinter.
