How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I travel for a living, so I eat clean when I can and do the best I can on the road, I also love beer!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I think I could train harder if I was single with no kids, independently wealthy, and had a personal chef...maybe.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I was a collegiate middle distance runner. I also played soccer. After college sports I played professional beer drinking.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
Crossfit is instrumental in my health regime! I can't imagine life without it, and when I do, I usually wake up in cold sweats!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
If you count traipsing through the mountains of North Idaho a work out then yes, I do workout more than once a day!
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Thanks Jonathan and Derek for making crossfit so much fun! Without you guys and the rest of the team I would still be fat and probably a lot less sore!
