How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I used to follow fairly strict paleo but eventually felt it limited my potential in the gym. I have since learned to be more flexible, adding in more carbs and focusing on macro content. I'm a huge advocate of clean eating and feel it is what gives that extra edge. And sleep! Which I never get enough of.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I train 5x a week with one full day off and one active recovery day where I still move with yoga or a run.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I began CrossFit in 2009 and am fortunate to have competed as a team with CrossFit Apex at Regionals 2010, 2011 and 2012 and at the CF Games in Carson in 2010.
