I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

As I've gotten older, I've learned to listen to my body. Typically I go 3 on 1 off. Sometimes I extend it to 4 or 5 if I feel great, or cut it at 2 if I feel awful. The gym isn't going anywhere so rest is goooood.
