How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat good palio but do eat a little cheese and a little dark chocolate. I have a cheat thing every couple wks.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I also do bike riding in the summer and I try to swim 2 days a wk all year. Until I joined cross fit I ran but haven't done that in a while. Plan to start running again in a couple wks.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I grew up never doing sports of any kind. I started smoking when I was 15. I got into running when I was mid 20s and have been active ever since.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
Before cross fit I ate only sugar and junk food every day all day. I had never eaten a fruit or vegetable in my life. This has been a huge change for me.
