Before Cross Fit, my exercise routine was jumping through hoops, spinning my wheels, bending over backwards and dancing around the issues. Now it's so much more invigorating (although often intense), and better for my cholesterol, glucose, BP, weight and stamina. But a lot of wall balls really hurts my thighs for 3 days!
