Bio

I was an athlete through college, I wrestled my whole life. When I graduated from college, I dabbled in a number of different things to stay competitive; triathlons, adventure races, grappling tournaments, MMA, etc. In 2011 I purchased a living social deal for CrossFit at a local gym. I completed the Elements class and fell in love. The gym I went to was quite a drive for me, so I bought some equipment and began training out of my garage. It was just a few friends and myself when we first started, but more and more people continued to come to workout with me. So, when I had about 20 people, I decided to take the risk and make everything official. In early 2014, I got my Affiliate, and Axle CrossFit is now my home away from home. I love the community that is CrossFit, and I love helping others live healthier lifestyles!
