My name is Gabby Grimstead and I got into crossfit 2 years ago. My first open was last year and I absolutely loved it. As I continued to do more in crossfit I found myself a workout partner who pushes me to perform out of my comfort zone and pushes me to do more competitions. This year I am doing the open because from where I was last year I have made so much progress and I want to see how my improvements match up in this years open.
