I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I try to include hiking or swimming to break up the WODs.

I played youth or high school level sports
I used to workout with the wrestling team at the local JC and played league softball and basketball.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My daughter turned me on to Crossfit. She thought it would remind me of wrestling practices.
