CrossFit any time any place. Name the the WOD. My strength comes from God. I'm blessed to be able to do this.
How I Eat
I eat clean. I eat mostly paleo or gluten free, with an emphasis on post WOD nutrition. My body requires lots of protein, and on multiple WOD days, more carbs. My preferred carbs come from sweet potatoes and some rice. But the majority of my meals consist of meat, veggies, fruit, fat, chia seeds, and coffee. Did I say fish oil? Major fish oil!

I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I like to start with strength fist, followed by my first WOD of the day. After I get the first one in, the rest follow.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Wish I would have found this sport when I was in my 20's. I am currently training to compete as a master in 2025!!!
