How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat as clean as I can, and do love my ice cream and pizza on my "cheat" days.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I follow crossfit dot com and do extra training after doing dot com a few times a week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played many years of football and focused on being a power athlete now I'm working towards getting as much depth as I can as an athlete.
