I have been a Firefighter for 9 years and was introduced to crossfit in 2010 and been hooked ever since. I help out at Crossfit Hinesville and there is nothing more incredible than seeing someone come into the box the first time and watching them improve through out the months. This year is my second time trying out for the games. Crossfit has built my confidence up more than anything. I want to wish everyone good luck and God bless.
