3 years ago I started on a fanciful journey with 2 dudes who routinely had me listen to Barry Lakin's "Sex or Weightlifting". In addition to that motivational technique, our discussions commonly included the measurable devastation of Ravishing Rick Rude's Rude Awakening, comparing The Nigerian Nightmare vs Bo Jackson, and the genius that is Froggy Fresh. During this time we also had a semi-successful parks and rec flag football team where we would habitually underachieve despite our obvious superior athletic abilities. This one time, we lifted weights, a shake weight, Olympic style though.

I eat whatever is convenient

This is the longest I have ever stuck with working out since high school. In 3 years I have dropped 25 lbs and added muscle with no injuries.
