How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I like my MILK. The older you get, the stricter you must be with your diet! I really pay close attention to my carb intake. Depending how intense my work outs are and how many work outs I'm doing in day will decide my carb intake.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
Thanks to rouge, I have put together a gym at home and at my Training facility. Our facility is called Going Vertical. We Train athletes of all ages from 6 th grade through College. We focus on speed, agility, plyometrics, Olympic lifts and high intensity wods worked into our programing.Do to my busy schedule, I wanted to make sure I could get my work outs in no matter what time of day. I also attend a CrossFit Affiliate Fit Farm. I Also work out at the fire station when I'm on duty with other fire fighters at my station to assure we are staying fit for our job.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played Division 1 and division 2 football where I earned All American honors at Linebacker. I also currently compete in the Scott Fire Fighters Combat Challenge where I won a gold and silver medal at Worlds in 2012.(Over 40 division)

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
