How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Mostly Paleo. Just came off of 6 weeks strict Paleo
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
Have been working mostly on pure strength routine with rowing. Following the Mark Rippetoe Starting Strength routine.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Former runner and cyclist. Found that combination of long slow distance and desk work was killing my back.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
Prior to coming over to a Crossfit affiliate I was with a coach for about a year of small group training (3-5 other guys).
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I try to stick to the 3 on, 1 off regimen.
