PUMP CrossFit & Performance in East Hanover, NJ Owner/Operator I have been involved in competitive athletics from pee-wee football to the highest level possible. Once football was over, I decided to play baseball again, where I was part of a National Championship at the amateur level. The whole while I competed in powerlifting and strongman. I can not remember a time where there was not something to train for. When I opened PUMP, the next transition was competing in CrossFit...well, let's say "forced" to compete. A good deal of friends pushed for me to do it. I am certainly far from the best, and I have too many darn weaknesses, BUT it is a ton of fun. I feel a part of a great community. The friends I have made, and the people I have met, are all incredible. All the above would not be possible without my family behind me. Their support is what makes this all possible. The PUMPsters are there as better group around.
