I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I eat paleo but I have a vegetarian daughter and so I do eat lentils and beans. I also drink wine, but no beer or hard liquor
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I ran cross country in college and was a runner for most of my life until having run over 30 years my feet have given in. I am also an avid lover of equestrian sports. I started riding at 40 and plan to do it forever!!!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My husband started doing cross fit and he got so strong and healthy that I joined him. Our 12 year old does it as well.
