I’m a disabled vet and love to live life! My wife Wendy and I show others that you can do anything you put your mind to! We were at route 91 this year and I got shot and my leg and about 50% but we decided it was a good thing to show others that you can do anything you put your mind to. Crossfit is part of our life no matter what! Work hard, play hard!!!
