How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Over the past year I have been switching evermore to a Paleo diet. I do not measure. I eat as much lean meat, and non-starchy vegetables and fruits as possible. I have recently stepped up and cut out added sugars, which has proven to be the hardest part of the Paleo stitch for me. We will see how this goes. I
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I do a mix of CF workouts and running (including intervals) as well as the bike trainer (including intervals).
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I am an ameatur adventure racer. CF has helped me a lot with training and recovery. Also has really reduced fatigue caused by long distance racing and I have much faster recovery.
