Bio

Currently have a broken toe, so it was 1 legged burpees for me for 13.1. Started Crossfit about 18 months ago and love it .... on our honeymoon last year we even visited two Crossfit affiliates in the States... Stamford and 5th Avenue. Danced my whole life, very healthy and active. Love the competition vibe, and smashing new records :)

ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I don't drink alcohol, softdrink, coffee or tea... water and juice, the occasional hot chocolate... but that's it! I don't do deep fried foods, and bread, pasta, cereals and rice, are kept to a minimum (maybe once a week). I eat lots of fruit and veges, salads and protein (chicken, steak, lamb). My downfall is chocolate... but currently 33 days clean :)

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I also dance, and the occasional run :)

My Athletic Background

Been dancing for 18 years - started with modern, ballet, tap, and nowadays do contemporary dance and musical theatre - so a variety of styles. I have a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science (with an Honours year), so have always been active and healthy. Started Crossfit about 18 months ago, and love it!

I usually only do 1 workout a day

Will only do one Crossfit session a day, but will usually team it up with a run, dance class, or swim :)
