I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I listened to my girlfriend, Kathleen, talk about Cross Fit this and Cross Fit that. Finally, I went to a Saturday work out just to please her. Now I'm my Cross Fit this and Cross Fit that. Best thing to happen--never felt better in my life! Our trainers are exceptional and the bonds within the community of fellow members is couriously strong. It is something we all do and we all do together--bonds us together.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I rest on Saturday and Sunday.
