How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat about 80-90% Paleo with a few cheat meals thrown in the mix in a given week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I train at Crossfit North Atlanta under owner Travis Harkey and trainer/fellow team member, Matt Baird.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Competitive soccer, lacrosse player, and swimmer growing up. Took some time away from competitive sports through college. Crossfit renewed my love for competing that was missing from my life post-college.
