I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Competitive High School runner: 4:39 mile, 16:51 5K. Since then, I've been an off and on "weekend warrior" that enjoys local 5Ks, half marathons, over night team relays, and 25K trail runs.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I'm hooked and love it. I mostly enjoy the longer, lighter weight workouts with at least three different movements. It's nice when running or rowing is mixed in.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I go 3 times a week.
