How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Started Paleo by way of a Whole9 30-day challenge on 1/16/12. I have maintained at least 80% Paleo since then.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I currently do CF WODs 3-5 times per week and use CF style programming for WODs when I travel or when I workout at home.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I have 2 herniated discs which used to prevent me from sitting or standing for longer than 30 minutes at a time. That back and neck pain is now gone.
