How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
95% paleo, with a bit of dairy, and some chocolate (vitamin C!). A fancy cocktail once a week. And every now and again I dive face-first into a plate of poutine.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Crossfit is the only athletic thing I've ever done (even running, which was my favorite for years and years) that I don't have to make myself do. I start jonesing if I haven't been to the box in a few days. The community, the constant challenges, so much to learn, and always a way to get better-- I love it!
