How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
Mostly Paleo. After 13.1 I ate 1/2 a cherry pie. Feel bad? Nope. All that pie goodness is going straight to my sore shoulders to ease inflammation. Who needs fish oils?
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
Rocky Point CrossFit in Coquitlam BC. I do all the programming for the box. I do my best to test the workouts the day before. It's like being a chef. "Hmmmm needs more kettlebell."
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Before I started CrossFit I levelled up a hunter and a paladin to level 80!

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Love rest days. Especially ones that involve cherry pie and unscheduled naps.
