How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
The nutrition aspect of CF is probably the MOST challenging for me. I get the Paleo principles, and am all about organic, healthy WHOLE foods, eating my colors, etc. And still, there are days a high stack of pancakes just hollers my name at b'fast! At least I always balance it with nature's perfect food....BACON!!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Working with our CFE team now to achieve PR of completing half marathon in May in 2:30 or better.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Prior to CF, would NEVER have called myself an "athlete". Now I do, and I AM. Thank you CF Confluence & CF Roots!!

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month

First day of the rest of my CF life: 4/10/10.
