Bio

I have to admit I was a reluctant convert to Crossfit. Desperately wanting to lose weight and get in shape, my husband invited me to workout with him. I hated everything he asked me to do so it was not without a significant amount of kicking, screaming and tears that I learned new moves and endured many a CrossFit workouts. Yet day after day he offered relentless encouragement. After 18 months and just in time for my 50th birthday, I shed 30# and was more fit than I had ever been. I've been a believer ever since.
