No performance history
I started Crossfit in 2015, before that I worked out in my university gym and my weekly routine was to work on back, check, shoulders, arms, legs. I did this routine for an year with no significant results. I always hated working on the machines and liked squats, deadlfts, push ups, pull ups etc. I don't remember how I came across Crossfit but I scheduled a free class at Crossfitnyc and loved the program. Since then Crossfit has become my daily routine. My current goals are able to perform all the gymnastic movements like muscle ups, HSPUs, hand walks etc and improve my Olympic lifts.
