How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat the right stuff to support training and to aid in my goals, I don't eat anything that isn't benificial to me, and I don't drink alcohol.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
I played rugby up until 3 years ago, I now am a rugby referee.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
After heaing about the training involved with Crossfit I decided to join the local crossfit affiliated gym. I joined on 22/2/12 and haven't looked back since!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
3on 1off 2on 1off normally, although rest days are often used for skill work or additional sessions if the body feels ok.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Will have been giving it a go for just over a year by the time the workouts are released.
