oh Thanks Crossfit for putting me in the 45 - 49 when I am still 44 years old! I guess we celebrate getting older only in the sport of Crossfit! Let's see if 'Less is More' Have spent the last 6 months training for American Ninja Warrior and doing Crossfit once a week. Pegboards anyone??

I like to nap, take as many rest days as possible. Less is more when you get older. Just be smart about your training.
