My Experience With CrossFit
Crossfit made me stronger - physically and mentally. And Crossfit showed me who my true friends are in life. Don't worry about the scoreboard. In Crossfit, true character is revealed. Actions speaks louder than words. Be kind to others, don't let anything get to your head and be humble about what you accomplish and you will go far in this sport as a person and an athlete.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I like to nap, take as many rest days as possible. Less is more when you get older. Just be smart about your training.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Long enough to know that I want to keep on doing it well into my 80s!
