How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
2/3rds of my day is Paleo - Breakfast includes eggs, bacon and 6 oz of fruit. Snacks are nuts - cashews, macadaminas, etc. Need to incorporate more veggies into the snack. Lunch is a Paleo meal that serves Xfit boxes in the DC region. Dinner are hit and miss. Have to be more consistent, especially @ dinner.
