How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat whatever I find. I must usually resort to hunting and gathering, which has proven to be quite difficult in the suburbs of Los Angeles. I have therefore been forced to adapt and feed mainly on pigeons and degenerates for protein, and as far as carbohydrates go, I feed mainly on dandelions because they grow rampant in Tarzana. This is probably why I look gaunt. Screw it, score one for the little guys!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
My workouts are done strictly through meditation. Needless to say, I'm notorious for doing 30 muscle ups in 45 seconds and have recorded a 325 power snatch on more than one occasion.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I grew up playing football, soccer, and hockey. Unfortunately, this has hindered me in Crossfit competitions; I've been disqualified for checking, tackling, slide tackling, trash talking other competitors. I have also tampered with other competitors' equipment. It's not my fault, it's a sport, right?

I started once Crossfit Synapse opened. Before then, I was mainly on a weight loss program... It worked! I lost 40 pounds. Thank you Jenny Craig!
