How I Eat

I weigh and measure my food

I eat strict Paleo

I'm working to stay in the 75kg weight class, so I eat pretty clean these days.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

I'm focusing on Olympic Lifting this year, and following programming from USA Weightlifting. Before that, I followed the Star|Hopping method.

I played youth or high school level sports

I played college sports

Soccer as a kid Long/triple/high jumper and hurdler in high school Hammer thrower in college Hammer and Olympic lifting plus CrossFit since college

My Experience With CrossFit

My Work/Rest Schedule

I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month

I do 5-6 Olympic Lifting exercises per day. The only metcons I've done in 2014 are for the CrossFit Open.
