How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I go through phases of strict Paleo and macros, but right now I'm just eating meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. I try to eat at levels that support exercise, but not body fat.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I'm following the Star|Hopping method at the moment.
