How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo-ish. I adhere to the notion that food closest to its nature source is the best but dont get bent out of shape about it. Still love me some hamburgers and when the craving hits i oblige.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I attend a great facility and work hard with an awesome group of people at the Evolve box.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Wish that I had been more active and sports oriented while in HS but what can ya do. CrossFit has allowed me to regain a lot of that untapped athletic nature that I have and for that reason I'm still doing it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
A navy EOD bud "Buncey" crushed me with a couple of movements, ring dips and deadlifts. The idea that 225# was supposed to be repped 21-15-9 when I thought of it as a 1RM was ridiculous. The ease in which he completed the workout drove me to want to make it look that easy too.
