How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Started to incorporate more veggies in my diet, and mostly fish and chicken. Trying to get rid of carbs (which i find hard!), but cutting back a lot on it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I go to the South Florida CrossFit Endurance box.
