I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I starded January 20th 2012 and I stoped may, I restarted in september 2012, but I stoped in October 2012... And I restarted in July 5th 2013 for never stop again I hope :)!
