I train at Okinawa's FIRST & ONLY CrossFit Affliate box: Reebok CrossFit Asia. My RCFA family is the TOUGHEST & can at times be BRUTAL but we are just that a family.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I've always been althletic growing up. Kind of a tomboy actually. I was the little girl in a dress playing tag & getting dirty in the mud & played football As I got older I realized that Track N Field especially short distance running like 50 yard dash or 100 yard dash was my forte & I would SMOKE my competition. It helps to have leg calves the size of a house! But as I got older & had kids I lost all interest in fitness & sports & gained a huge amount of weight. Now, I am back & ready to take control of my life & my health! I want my son's to see me & say "that's MY mom!" & to be proud to say that! Thanks to CrossFit I know have the chance to grow old gracefully with my boys!

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

When I began CrossFit in 2010, I was OBESE! I had gained over 60lbs what is recommened for my height. When I did my demo at RCFA, I died. I had never felt so depressed in my life. It took me another month to finally commit to the 6 week bootcamp.

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I strictly schedule my rest days
