I'm as fast as a cheetah, I'm as springy as a kangaroo, and I'm as strong as an elephant- I am all of this in my dreams. In reality, a cheetah would be able to gobble me up in about 9 seconds (and that's with me getting a head start); the spring in my step is more like a slinky, walking downstairs (but maybe with not as much grace); and as for my strength, maybe an elephant is a stretch- but I can carry 5 grocery bags in at one time to avoid making multiple trips to the car- so I guess you can say my problem solving skills are as sharp as a chimpanzees.
How I Eat
With my fingers mostly. But on special occasions I will use forks, spoons, and knives:) Oh, I try to eat mostly gluten-free. But having a toddler in the house, means I find myself cheating often. Damn goldfish and cheese-its get me every time!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
Taking into account the job I have now, I never stopped playing at the high school level- I'm in my mid 30's and still in high school.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I workout at least 4 days out of the week (that job thing gets in the way of my workouts). When I'm not working out, I am often day dreaming of working out. So in a fantasy world I'm working out 7 days a week- that explains why I'm tired all the time.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Established July 2011. You would think by now I should have my stupid butterfly pull-ups and ring muscle-ups down... But noooooo! Perhaps I should stay away from the goldfish and cheese-its.
