I am a professional MMA fighter which forces me to seek out a wide verity of train mythodolgis. Where most people spend 4-6 hours behind a counter or sitting at a desk I spend the same amount of time in the gym. I spend 1-2 on standup boxing/muay Thai, 2 hours on bjj, the rest of the time is a mix of training in the cage, crossfit and yoga.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month

My condition is a huge part of how I make my living so I'm always in the gym pushing myself harder everyday. I owe a large part of my success to incorporating CrossFit into my rutene.
