I have been CrossFitting for a little over 2 years. I am married to my wonderful husband, Matthew, and we have a beautiful little firecracker of a baby named Josephine who is 7 months old. I'm doing the Open for fun and to support CrossFit and our amazing box, CrossFit by Overload Murrieta, who is like a second family.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
We adhere to a "mostly" Paleo diet but I'm not totally strict.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
But not very well. I was made for CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started CrossFIt about 2 years ago and it has totally changed my life! I have so much more confidence now, and I LOVE working out at the box with my CFOM family.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Right now I work out about 4x per week, depending. It's hard to get in working out while being a full time mom, working two jobs, with a baby under 1 year. I have added Endurance training into my schedule and I definitely love that!
